Artist's Description
A.J. visited her cousin who lives on a farm. One day we all wake up from a wild night of thunderstorms and bucketing down rain. It came time to feed all the animals on the farm. A.J. tagged along. It's Hugh's turn to feed the cats. He goes out and most of the cats come arunning. Hugh blasted out to Allie, "One of the cats is missing!" Allie said, "Oh, take A.J. to the back room." Voila! There's the missing cat behind the glass door, looking so forlorn. Looking like it is saying, "Lemme outta here!! I'm hot, I'm hungry and thirsty. I've been in here since last night!" One of the windows had been pried open. The screen window was bent backwards. A.J. supposes when a cat wants to stay warm and dry, a cat will break and enter a place.

I have difficulty speaking and using sign language coherently because of a brain injury at birth. I use a portable device which speaks when I type out written English. I also utilize email and sign language interpreters to communicate, Creating is my way to...
